Srila Prabhupada's Will

"3. ...The executive directors who have herein been designated are appointed for life. In the event of death or failure to act for any reason of any of the said directors, a successor director or directors may be appointed by the remaining directors, provided the new director is my initiated disciple following strictly all the rules and regulations of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness as detailed in my books.
"9. ... I have made this will this 4th day of June, 1977, in possession of full senses and sound mind, without any persuasion, force or compulsion from anybody.
A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami The above was signed by Srila Prabhupada and sealed and witnessed by the following..." [Emphasis added]

What did Srila Prabhupada really mean when he wrote: "provided the new director is my initiated disciple." Was he not fully aware than within 90 years after his demise, at the most, there would be no "direct disciple" in good standing to become a new "executive director." Did he not realize that one hundred years after signing his Last Will there not would be any "direct disciple" of his whatsoever on the surface of the earth?

Or did Srila Prabhupada purposely, in a veiled way, indicate that from November, 1977 on, all members of the mission founded by him would be his "direct disciples." This is just a logical inference anyone can come up with. I am just asking the pandits, what do you think?

Sure enough, if the above-mentioned indication were to be fully interpreted in the sense I'm providing, then there would not have been thousands upon thousands of sincere souls brutally sacrificed in the blazing fire of the post-1977 ISKCON gurus ego trips trying to emulate Srila Prabhupada's divine, unique position.
Did His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the yuga-acarya and Sampradaya Acarya par excellence, commit a mistake when he wrote the part of his Last Will I quoted in toto? In the presence of at least two prominent GBCs and "several others witnesses"?
